  • Missed sessions without prior notice may not be rescheduled or refunded.

Best Tutoring IL is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. We are not responsible for any loss resulting from missed sessions, technical issues, or scheduling conflicts.

9. No Guarantee of Results

While we strive to provide high-quality tutoring, we do not guarantee specific academic results, as outcomes depend on individual student effort, participation, and other external factors.

10. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:

  • These Terms are violated
  • Payments are not completed
  • There is inappropriate or disruptive behavior
